Timeline: Next discussion at the beginning of Sep. (with an updated proposal by then?)                A preliminary proposal ready and presented in Collaboration winter meeting. Optimized the proposal according to the following criteria:     1. Unique     2. Impact in a proper field     3. Competition with other experiments & 20fb-1 psi'' at BESIII     4. Cover a wide physical program  Discussion on each proposals Two talks are gives and five proposal in total for tau-QCD group in total: 1. 1.8-2.0 GeV, 23 points 96pb^-1, 2months beam time: Need to consider competition with CMD-3; Motivation not strong;  2. 4 points around 2.2324 GeV, 40pb-1,  20 days: Compare with 20fb-1 psi'', both untagged and tagged techique; Possiblity to combine with D*0 production at 2.007 GeV 3. 17 points from 2.26 to 2.88 GeV, 340pb-1, 88 days 4. 100 pb-1 at 2.512 GeV, 26 days: A possible Pc hunting at 2.512 GeV suggested by Karin 5. 1000 pb-1 for jpsi scan, 150 days Due to time limit before upgrading, perhaps after upgrade?  6. 3 points for chic2 scan, 18 days, or  1 point for chic1 scan, 200pb-1:  There is data set from tau scan, and two energy points close to 3.554 and 3.560 can be used for pre-study. Others:     Combine the proposal 2-4 to fill the 2-4 month proposal
